                      What services do you offer?
                    
                  We provide a range of personalised services to keep your pets happy, healthy, and loved:
In-Home Pet Sitting: Daily visits filled with cuddles, playtime, feeding, and lots of TLC in the comfort of your pet’s own home.
Overnight Stays: A dedicated sitter stays overnight, giving companionship, routine care, and lots of love while you’re away.
Dog Walking: Tailored walks to suit your dog’s age, energy, and preferences — all with safety and fun in mind.

                      How do I pay for services?
                    
                  Payment is simple — once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice. Full payment is required before your service begins.
If you need any adjustments or have special requests, just let us know — we’re happy to help!
                    
                    
                      How far in advance should I book?
                    
                  We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates, especially during busy periods like public holidays, school breaks, and summer.
Don’t worry if it’s last-minute — we’ll always do our best to fit your pet in.
                    
                    
                      Do you do a Meet & Greet?
                    
                  Yes! We believe the foundation of great pet care is trust and familiarity. We encourage all new clients to book a Meet & Greet (AED 55). This includes collecting your keys and familiarising ourselves with your address and access details.
During this visit, we get to know your pet, their routine, and ensure they feel safe and comfortable from day one.
For pets with complex or sensitive medications, we like to be present while you administer them, so everything is done safely and correctly.
After your service, we’re happy to keep your keys safely for future visits or leave them in a secure spot at your home. If you need them returned later, a small AED 55 admin drop-off fee applies.
                    
                    
                      What paperwork is required for first-time bookings?
                    
                  To make sure your pet is safe and well cared for, we ask all clients to complete:
- Client Registration Form.
 - Terms & Conditions
 - Veterinary Release Form.
 
These can be done online or during your Meet & Greet. Your booking is confirmed once all forms are completed.
                    
                    
                      What happens in an emergency?
                    
                  If your pet becomes unwell or there’s a safety issue, we’ll contact you immediately. If necessary, we’ll take your pet to a trusted vet (charges apply) using the Veterinary Release Form. Your pet’s safety is our top priority.
                    
                    
                      What's your cancellation policy?
                    
                  We understand plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if your booking needs to be cancelled. Full details, including any applicable fees, are available in our Terms & Conditions.
                    
                    
                      Are you licensed and insured?
                    
                  Yes — we are fully licensed and insured, so you can trust that your loved ones are in safe hands.
                    
                    
                      Are our Team Members trained and background-checked?
                    
                  Yes — all our team members are carefully vetted, background-checked, and trained in pet first aid. They are experienced, compassionate, and passionate about caring for your pets.
                    
                    
                      What if there’s a problem at home while I’m away?
                    
                  We’ll do our best to help! Please provide contact details for building management, landlords, or maintenance providers so we can act quickly if needed. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first.
                    
                    
                      What are your working hours?
                    
                  We operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Don’t worry — if you have a service booked on a Sunday, we’ll still look after your pet. Messages outside working hours will be answered as soon as possible on the next working day.
                    
                    
                      Will I receive updates?
                    
                  Yes! After each visit, we’ll send friendly updates with photos or videos so you can see your pet happy, safe, and comfortable.
                    
                    
                      Can I give feedback?
                    
                  Absolutely! Feedback helps us improve our service and make sure both you and your pets are happy. We love hearing from our clients!
                    
                    
                      Can I request extra services?
                    
                  Yes — we can tailor visits for extra playtime, grooming, or care for multiple pets. Just let us know, and we’ll create the perfect plan for your pet.
                    
                    
                      How do you protect the environment?
                    
                  We use eco-friendly products, safe waste disposal, and sustainable packaging wherever possible. Caring for your pet and the planet go paw-in-paw!
                    
                    
                      Do I need to prepare anything before the sitter’s visits?
                    
                  Please have your pet’s essentials ready:
- Food and water.
 - Litter.
 - Toys.
 - Any medication.
 - Collar and lead.
 - Carrier.
 - Vaccination book.
 - Garbage bags and basic cleaning supplies.
 
For dog walking: we do not walk dogs on prong collars, electronic collars, slip leads, or choke chains. Safety first!
                    
                    
                      Will I have the same sitter/dog walker for each visit?
                    
                  Wherever possible, yes! We aim for consistency, assigning the same sitter/dog walker for all bookings. If your regular sitter is unavailable due to time off or emergencies, a fully briefed replacement will visit.
                    
                    
                      What if I run out of supplies?
                    
                  Please ensure your pet has food, litter, bedding, toys, medications, collar, lead, carrier, vaccination book, garbage bags, and basic cleaning supplies ready.
If essentials run low during visits, we can temporarily help manage or source them (AED 100 admin fee).
                    
                    
                      Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?
                    
                  Yes! We provide care every day, including weekends and holidays. A holiday surcharge of AED 55 applies on 25th December and 1st January.
We’re committed to keeping your pets happy and cared for, no matter the day.
                    
                    
                      Can you give medications?
                    
                  Yes! Our sitters can safely administer oral or topical medications exactly as instructed, keeping your pet healthy and comfortable.
We can give medicine during visits, including special instructions from you or your vet.
A small AED 10 charge per visit, per pet applies for medication administration.
For pets with complex or sensitive medications, we can also be present during your administration at the Meet n Greet to make sure everything is done safely and correctly.

                      What is in-home pet sitting?
                    
                  We visit your home to care for your pets where they feel most comfortable. During each visit, we feed them, provide fresh water, play and cuddle, administer medications if needed, and clean litter boxes — all with love and attention.
                    
                    
                      How long are visits?
                    
                  Each standard visit lasts about 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time to cover all care tasks, playtime, and attention.
Need a longer visit for extra play, grooming, or multiple pets? Just let us know, and we’ll happily customise the length and frequency to suit your pet’s needs.
                    
                    
                      What time will you visit?
                    
                  We usually schedule visits between 8 AM and 7 PM. While exact times depend on the service and sitter availability.
                    
                    
                      Do you visit pets every other day?
                    
                  To provide the best care and ensure safety, we require at least one visit per day.
Young kittens (<6 months) or pets with special health/dietary needs may require two visits per day — we’ll guide you on what’s best for your pet.
                    
                    
                      Do you care for senior, shy, or rescue pets?
                    
                  Yes! Our sitters are patient, calm, and experienced with:
- Senior pets.
 - Shy, anxious, or
rescue animals (we have rescued pets of our own, so we truly understand their
needs). - Pets with minor behavioural challenges.
 
We always go at your pet’s pace, building trust, comfort, and plenty of love.
                    
                    
                      Can you care for multiple pets?
                    
                  Absolutely! We love busy households and provide individual attention to each pet. Please let us know all pets in your home when booking so we can plan visits accordingly.
                    
                    
                      Can my pet go outside or on a balcony?
                    
                  For safety, outdoor access is usually restricted during our visits. For cats that use a cat flap, open windows etc. we ask that you secure them while you’re away to prevent accidents.

                      What is dog walking?
                    
                  Dog walking is more than just exercise. Regular walks keep your dog healthy, provide mental stimulation, and give them a chance to explore, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors. Walks are tailored to your dog’s age, size, energy level, and personality.
                    
                    
                      How long are walks?
                    
                  Our standard dog walks last about 45 minutes, but we’re happy to offer longer walks based on your dog’s needs. Just let us know your preferences when booking.
                    
                    
                      Where do you walk dogs?
                    
                  Walks usually take place in safe neighbourhood routes or nearby open spaces. We avoid busy streets, hazardous areas, or extreme weather conditions to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort.
                    
                    
                      What if it’s too hot to walk?
                    
                  During very hot weather in Dubai, your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. To protect them from heat-related stress or injury, we adjust our routine accordingly. We may limit outdoor time to just a quick toilet break in a shaded, secure area, ensuring your dog can relieve themselves comfortably and safely. The majority of the visit will then focus on indoor enrichment activities such as interactive play, gentle exercises, mental stimulation, and cuddles to keep your dog happy and engaged without exposing them to extreme heat. This way, your dog stays cool, hydrated, and safe while still enjoying attention and care.
                    
                    
                      Will you clean up after my dog?
                    
                  Absolutely! Our walkers always carry eco waste bags and are diligent about cleaning up promptly to keep your neighbourhood clean.
                    
                    
                      Can multiple dogs from the same household be walked at once?
                    
                  Yes! We love busy households and make sure each dog gets individual attention. Walks are tailored to each dog’s personality, energy, and needs.
                    
                    
                      Do you care for shy, anxious, or rescue dogs?
                    
                  Absolutely. Our walkers are patient, calm, and experienced with dogs of all temperaments. We go at your dog’s pace, allowing them to feel safe, confident, and relaxed.
                    
                    
                      How do I prepare my dog for walks?
                    
                  Please have your dog ready with:

                      What is an overnight stay?
                    
                  During an overnight stay, a trusted PATH Pet Co sitter stays in your home from 8 PM to 7 AM to care for your pet. This includes feeding, medication administration if needed, bathroom breaks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles — everything to keep your pet happy, safe, and comfortable.
                    
                    
                      What should I provide for overnight stays?
                    
                  To help our sitter care for your pet, please provide:
- A comfortable sleeping area with clean bedding.
 - Access to a bathroom and shower.
 - Full home access for the sitter.
 - Kitchen access if needed for meal prep.
 - Convenient parking.
 - Stable internet for updates.
 - Pet essentials like food, litter, toys, and any medications.
 - Cleaning supplies and garbage bags.
 
Our sitters will keep their area tidy, adjust the environment for comfort, and conduct safety checks. General household cleaning or laundering of bedding is not included.
                    
                    
                      Security and Privacy
                    
                  We take both your privacy and our sitter’s privacy seriously. While sitters are in your home, we kindly ask that all indoor cameras are switched off or unplugged. Outdoor security cameras can remain on as normal. This way, your home stays safe while respecting everyone’s comfort and privacy.
                    
                    
                      Your Overnight Sitter
                    
                  Whenever possible, we assign the same sitter for the entire duration of an overnight stay to ensure continuity and comfort for your pet. If a replacement is needed, they will be fully briefed on your pet’s routine, needs, and home environment.
                    
                    
                      Safety Concerns
                    
                  If your pet shows aggression that poses a risk to the sitter’s safety, we will contact you promptly. Alternative arrangements must be made; refunds are not provided in unsafe situations.
